OPM Trading Pro Terms & Conditions

Welcome to OPM Trading Pro (“OPM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, enrolling in, or purchasing any OPM Trading Pro program, course, training, or related services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”).

 

1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply solely to OPM Trading Pro, including:

• All educational courses and training materials
• Digital content and downloads
• Membership access and subscriptions
• Live or recorded training sessions
• Community access and related resources

“Client,” “User,” or “Customer” refers to any individual accessing or purchasing OPM Trading Pro content.

 

2. Age Requirements

• Educational content: 16 years or older
• Paid programs, subscriptions, and services: 18 years or older

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if age requirements are not met. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the Refund Policy below.

 

3. Educational Purpose & No Financial Advice

OPM Trading Pro provides educational content only.

• We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
• Nothing in this program constitutes trading recommendations or signals
• All trading decisions are made solely by the user

Trading involves substantial risk, and losses may exceed deposits. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

 

4. Orders & Payment

• Payments are processed via Stripe and/or PayPal
• Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Pricing is honored as displayed at the time of purchase

Recurring subscriptions, if applicable, renew automatically unless canceled prior to the billing date.

 

5. Refund Policy

6. Access & Delivery

• Digital access is granted immediately after successful payment
• Login credentials are for single-user access only
• Account sharing, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited

We reserve the right to revoke access for violations without refund.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content within OPM Trading Pro is protected intellectual property.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Course materials
• Videos, PDFs, and worksheets
• Branding, logos, and frameworks
• Written and visual content

Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or public display is strictly prohibited.

 

8.Cookies & Tracking

• Cookies track user experience, analytics, and affiliate referrals.

• Affiliate cookies last 1 year from the moment a visitor clicks an affiliate link.

• By using our site, you consent to cookies.

 

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share or resell access
• Misrepresent OPM Trading Pro or its content
• Use materials for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Circumvent platform access controls

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

OPM Trading Pro is not responsible for:

• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Account suspensions or denials by prop firms or brokers
• Technical issues outside our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

No guarantees of profitability, funding approval, or income are made.

 

11. Third-Party Platforms & Services

OPM Trading Pro may reference or integrate with third-party tools, platforms, or services.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party platform performance
• Rule changes by prop firms
• Account evaluations or funding outcomes
• External software or automation tools

Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with all third-party terms.

 

12. Partner Program Disclosure & Commission Eligibility

Some users may participate in the partner program associated with OPM Trading Pro.

 

Self-Purchase & Personal Use

A Partner may also enroll as a Customer and purchase OPM Trading Pro products or services for personal use.

Commissions earned on such self-purchases, if any, are limited strictly to direct customer commissions.

Self-purchases do not qualify for:

  • Override commissions

  • Team or downline commissions

  • Rank advancement or qualification

  • Bonuses, incentives, pools, or performance rewards

OPM Trading Pro reserves the right to classify any transaction as a self-purchase based on reasonable indicators, including but not limited to account ownership, payment method, IP address, device data, or behavioral patterns.

 

Family Members & Related Parties

Partners may enroll family members or related individuals as Customers or Partners, provided that:

  • Each account represents a real and distinct individual

  • Each Customer uses their own valid and independent payment method

  • Accounts are not created, operated, or coordinated primarily to manipulate commissions, ranks, qualifications, or bonuses

OPM Trading Pro reserves the right to withhold, adjust, reverse, or deny commissions if related accounts are used in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the compensation plan.

 

Anti-Abuse & Company Discretion

Any attempt to game, manipulate, or abuse the compensation structure — including but not limited to self-dealing, artificial account creation, payment recycling, coordinated activity, or behavior designed primarily to generate commissions rather than genuine customer value — is strictly prohibited.

OPM Trading Pro retains sole and absolute discretion to:

  • Reclassify transactions or accounts

  • Adjust or recalculate commissions

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Withhold, reverse, or claw back commissions

Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice where abuse, misuse, or circumvention is reasonably suspected.

 

Active Partner Requirement

Commissions are earned solely from bona fide customer revenue.

To qualify for any override commissions, a Partner must maintain Active Partner status, defined as having at least one current, paying personal customer during the applicable commission period.

 

Partners who do not meet this requirement during a given month are not eligible to receive override commissions for that period, regardless of team volume.

• Participation is optional
• Commissions are governed by separate affiliate terms
• Refunds and chargebacks may reverse commissions

 

Affiliate participation does not guarantee earnings.

• Commissions are paid monthly on the 5th of each month.

• Minimum payout threshold: $50, net of merchant fees.

• Refunded, canceled, or charge backed sales reduce the affiliate balance prior to payout.

Earnings Disclaimer

Earnings vary based on individual effort, performance, and customer activity. No income or profit guarantees are made.

Commissions are paid exclusively from actual customer revenue generated personally and within four (4) partner levels. Participation in the Partner Program does not guarantee earnings.

 

All commissions are calculated on net revenue received by OPM Trading Pro after processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, and applicable taxes. This applies globally; EU VAT adjustments are handled as specified in Section 13.

 

13. VAT and EU Sales (Net Revenue Basis for Commissions)

For sales originating in European Union (EU) countries, the amount used to calculate commissions will be based on net revenue after applicable VAT has been deducted. This ensures compliance with EU tax regulations.

  • The retail price for EU sales will be reduced by the standard VAT rate of the country where the sale occurs.

  • Commissions are calculated only on the net revenue after VAT, not the gross retail price charged.

  • This adjustment applies only to sales in EU countries; sales outside the EU are not affected.

Example: If a customer in Germany joins OPM Trading Pro, the applicable VAT is 19%, so the net revenue is 81%. Any commissions for that sale will be calculated based on that 81%, not the full 100% gross retail price.

 

14. Privacy & Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receive:

• Program-related emails
• Educational updates
• Account notifications
• Promotional or upsell communications

• You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
• We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate U.S. jurisdiction.

 

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of OPM Trading Pro constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability & Indemnification

By enrolling in, accessing, or using OPM Trading Pro, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Voluntary Participation

Your participation in OPM Trading Pro is entirely voluntary. You freely elected to enroll and pay for access of your own accord, without coercion or obligation. You understand that OPM Trading Pro is an educational program only and does not provide investment advice, trading signals, or financial guarantees.

 

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that trading, investing, and participation in financial markets involve substantial risk, including the potential loss of capital. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with your use of the program, including but not limited to:

• Trading decisions and execution
• Financial gains or losses
• Prop firm evaluations, denials, rule violations, or account terminations
• Use of third-party platforms, brokers, software, or tools

OPM Trading Pro has no control over your actions, discipline, or outcomes.

 

No Reliance

You agree that you are not relying on OPM Trading Pro for investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. No representations, guarantees, or promises regarding income, profitability, or success have been made. Any interpretation or application of the educational material is undertaken solely at your own discretion and risk.

 

Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you irrevocably waive, release, and discharge OPM Trading Pro, its owners, operators, affiliates, instructors, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to:

• Use of or reliance on program content
• Trading or investment outcomes
• Technical issues or platform limitations
• Third-party services or prop firm decisions

This waiver applies to claims based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

 

Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OPM Trading Pro from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

• Your trading activity or investment decisions
• Your use or misuse of the program
• Your violation of any laws, regulations, or third-party rules
• Any claim brought by you or a third party resulting from your actions

This obligation includes full reimbursement of legal defense costs, settlements, and judgments incurred by OPM Trading Pro.

 

Limitation of Remedies

If, notwithstanding the foregoing, any claim is permitted to proceed, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for access to OPM Trading Pro. In no event shall OPM Trading Pro be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

 

Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or OPM Trading Pro shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in class actions, collective actions, representative proceedings, or jury trials.
